Postnatal Care

Expectant Mothers receive a lot of attention, and after the birth the baby is the center of attention. Mothers can feel low and neglected due to tiredness, loss of appetite and other postnatal problems.

Looking after your own health is just as important as looking after the health of your baby.

Early Care

You will spend between 2-5 days in hospital after the birth of your baby (more if you have had a caesarean section).
